I know that our potatoes aren't even close to being ready to harvest, but I couldn't resist digging in to see how they were doing. I pulled back a scoop of hay and, as I reached in, these two tiny blues rolled out into my hand. I saved them until Mason came home from work and we each had one bite. Tiny, but delicious.
