Tomato Season

The tomato production is ramping up. In the last two weeks, we've gone from 3 oz. to 12 lb. 9 oz. There are tons and tons of green tomatoes on the vines. Now that it has stopped raining for a bit (besides a small chance of showers today), we're hoping that they'll really start ripening and putting out. We had our first big tomato salad yesterday. It was so good--just tomatoes, basil, salt and a tiny glug of olive oil. Definitely worth the wait!
