The sprouts are really starting to come up in the cold frames. We seeded them on 2/20 and saw the first sprouts about a week ago. It looks like we now have some of every variety except for the old spinach seed that we weren't sure would germinate at all.

Monstreaux Viroflay (old seed)
Bed 3: Asian Greens
Extra Dwarf Pak Choy, Tatsoi, Ching Chang Bok Choy and He Shi Ko Bunching Onion
Bed 4: Kale
Nero di Toscana, Red Russian (saved seed), Blue Curled Scotch and Red Russian (commercial seed)
